We are excited to introduce the current GKT Service Advisory Committee, a dedicated team focused on supporting and enhancing GKT’s operations. It is a service-oriented team designed to assist and ensure the smooth functioning of GKT’s activities. Its responsibilities include:

•Program Development: Ensuring activities align with GKT’s mission

• Volunteer Coordination: organizing volunteers for monthly events.

• Fundraising & Grants: Seeking financial support through donations and grants

• Community Outreach & Partnerships: Expanding connections with senior centers, and local

businesses.

• Event Planning & Execution: Organizing traditional events like the Year End Award Ceremony,

Plano Asian Festival, and new initiatives.

• Social Media Updates: Sharing event details, and collaborating with partners to boost reach.

Serve as a key contact between GKT and senior homes to arrange volunteer visits.
Regularly check on the activity preparations with GKT leaders.
