On the 26th of October, our leaders and volunteers went to Stonemere to perform and do activities with the Seniors. The following performers are: Eva Yu, Halbert Swee, Elaine Lu, Irene Liu, Edric Yan, and Austin Ma. Every performance was unqiue to the performers. The leaders for this event are Halbert Swee, Elaine Lu, and Irene Liu. They planned the order of the performance and activities beforehand in order for the event to stay on track and on time.

The activity consists of decorating fall themed bases with stickers and ribbons. There’s an announcement to the seniors at the end of the performance if they wish to stay for the activity. Those who stay have a designated volunteer who helps them complete the activity by tying ribbons and putting them in bags so the seniors are able to keep them. Towards the end of the activity part of the program, we start cleaning up the supplies and helping the seniors move back to their rooms.

At the end, all the GKT volunteers take a picture together and that leads to the end of the program.
